Baked Fruit. (Serves 1)

  • 165. Calories.
  • 31.2 g Carbs.
  • 0.4 g Fat.
  • 6.5 g Protein.

  • Half a firm Pear.
  • Half a Plum.
  • Juice from half an Orange.
  • Mixed Spices.
  • 50 g of Total 0% Greek Yogurt.
  • 10 g of Runny Honey.
  • Half a teaspoon of Vanilla Extract.

Arrange the fruit in an oven/hob proof dish and sprinkle over mixed spices to your desired taste, add juice from the orange and a little water to the bottom of the dish, cover with foil and bake in the oven at 160 degrees until soft but with a bit of firmness still, when cooked remove foil turn up the heat to high for a few minutes until fruit is browned.

Meanwhile add the vanilla extract to the yogurt mixing well, and store in the fridge.

Arrange fruit in a bowl, return dish to the hob adding more water if needed a little at a time, add the honey and bring to the boil stirring constantly until thickened, taking care not to allow sauce to burn, spoon onto the fruit immediately and serve with the yogurt.

Every piece of fruit is a different size, so to get correct macros for your dessert, you will have weigh each of your fruits.
