Christmas Party Platter. Low Calorie.

Are you watching your waistline this Christmas, but don’t want to be stood in the corner watching everyone else eating all the food while you just stand there drooling and salivating thinking one wont hurt then you hurl yourself at the buffet table and dive right in like a bull on heat ( that’s me) everytime.

I’m going to do my best to bring you some low calorie food options over the next few weeks, to help you make smart choices, that will allow you to hurl yourself at the buffet table and not give you extra tyres that you need to work off in January.

I will give you a list of the foods that I have used with where possible the approximate calories in each item.

The platter that I have made today is only 150 Calories!!! and made up of 3 melba toast with the following combinations…1 x Cream Cheese with rainbow trout………1 x Cream Cheese, Herb Chicken and Port & Cranberry Sauce……… 1 x Spicy Tomato Salsa with Chili chicken Breast…… ( there are 2 of each toast on the picture for presentation but the calorie allowance is for only 1 of each toast combination)
