Good Day. Diary and Macros

I got back in the kitchen for a little bit today, and prepped a small breakfast, lunch and dinner, still not upto eating big meals yet though, feeling very happy about that.

Finally feeling a bit more normal today, still very congested though im not sure if nose is saying sniff or blow lol, temperature is definitely coming down more, i even managed a little bit of exercise.

Breakfast was 0% fat greek yogurt and honey with melon, strawberries and blueberries.

124 calories, 20g carbs, 0 fat, 10g protein.

Lunch was just a plate of simple salad consisting of iceberg lettuce, baby plum tomatoes, cucumber, spring onions, boiled egg whites, cottage cheese, prawns, honeydew melon and sweet chili sauce…

165 Calories, 17g Carbs, 1g Fat, 20g Protein.

Tonights Tea is Chicken Breast, Noodles, Mushrooms and Green Veggies all stir fried together in a Hoisin and Garlic Sauce….

358 Calories, 44g Carbs, 4g fat, 36g Protein.

Snacks: 3 Cappuccinos, 1 Tub!!! of Breyers Vanilla Ice-Cream 425 Calories, 53g Carbs, 15g Fat, 28g Protein.

  • Total Daily Macros : as of 7.05pm, This means i am under my daily allowance so still have calories left for a dessert or snacks later this evening.
  • Calories: 1072
  • Carbs: 135g
  • Fat: 20g
  • Protein: 91g

Im feeling rather proud of myself today, although still slightly under the weather i think i have done really well and I am giving myself a big pat on the back.
