Hi Peeps how are we this evening? brr it’s cold, although that could have something to do with the ice-cream I have just eaten lol.
Any how here is today’s food diary, again I can not give you an accurate calorie count on the fruit pot, so here is my estimate.
Breakfast: Fruit and Yogurt Pot.

Lunch: I wasn’t really to hungry today, appetite still not back to normal yet and also I didn’t feel like cooking or prepping, so I just had a bag of Organix baby apple rice cakes. 153 Calories, 33g Carbs, 1g Fat, 3g Protein.
Dinner: Tonights was a cheats tea, we had fish, chips and mushy peas, please excuse the picture I had a bit of an accident with my fish so it’s sort of just in a mush on my plate its the blob in the middle lol.
The chips were made with red potatoes, sliced, sprayed with fry light and seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic and mixed herbs, then tossed into an air fryer to cook, the mushy peas, I was quite disappointed and shocked with, they had no taste and seeing as only 2 of us eat them we had half a tin each, and the caloric value was very high, even higher than my measured amount of chips!! The fish was cod fillets in florentine sauce from Lidl, Iv had them a few times and really like them, they also do them in a mornay sauce and mediterranean sauce but neither of us really care for the later.
