Good evening Peeps, hope you are all well.
Besides the shopping incident earlier, my say has been quite a positive one, food has been good for the 1st time in a while, and I even managed a very small walk, which I am very proud about.
I had my usual of fruit and Yogurt for breakfast.
For lunch I had leftover chicken and veg soup that I made yesterday, think I over calculated how many veggies I had actually prepped lol.
Dinner tonight was an omelette/frittata style thing… urmm well it sort of turned into a scramble haha even though it looks a mess on the pic it did taste really good and was only 243 calories and very filling, it consisted of red onion, egg whites, spinach, mushrooms, peas and sweetcorn topped with light mozzarella, seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic and mixed herbs, with a sweet chilli dip and a basic side salad of tomatoes, lettuce and cucumber with a black pepper and lemon dressing.
Desert.. I crumbled 2 meringue nests and mixed them into 0% Fat Free Greek Yogurt topped with steamed fruit. In a pan I placed some fresh pineapple, a plum, half a pear, half an orange sprinkled with mixed spices to season and simmered in a little water till mushy, I then added honey and brought to the boil to thicken the sauce and poured over the Yogurt mix, it was divine.
This evening I was talked into downloading the evil apples app, now this may not be for everyone, and some of the possible answers could even be a bit politically incorrect or even offensive to some people, but we had a lot of fun, and the fact that we had all the phones on whatsapp calls were able to play as though we were in the same room and not split all over the uk from south to north, it was great fun and I think just what we needed at the moment.

I’m praying that tomorrow is another positive day, Im hoping for a better sleep night, and looking forward to my pain subsiding a bit so that I may help with the wallpaper when it arrives, fingers crossed over the next couple of days.
