Hi there all. I live with a number of autoimmune diseases, my lifestyle has been sedentary over the past few years. I live in pain daily which is not easy, please join me while I fight the war that is going on inside my body, sometimes I will win. Sometimes I will lose Everyday is different there are definitely no 2 days alike for me.   Have a wonderful weekend, its my last weekend of the grandchildren being here, they will be going home at the end of next week and I’m exhausted lol, iv only got 2 grandchildren from next sat and only 4 days, as there teenagers it will be a lot easier, enjoy your day.
