I live with a number of autoimmune diseases, my lifestyle has been sedentary over the past few years.
I live in pain daily which is not easy, please join me while I fight the war that is going on inside my body, sometimes I will win.
Sometimes I will lose
Everyday is different there are definitely no 2 days alike for me.
