Food entry 18/01/21. Positive Thoughts.

Good evening to everyone around the world.

I hope you have had a good day.

It’s been a pretty good day today, despite being quite sore, the workout was painful and my stats are available in my previous post.

Food:

For lunch I had a bowl of watermelon and coconut yogurt, with 2 slices of milk roll, cucumber, tomatoes, ham and a mini pot of low fat philadelphia cheese.

For Dinner/Tea I had a change from white wine sauce lol, I baked a salmon fillet and added some honey and coconut in the final cooking stage, on a bed of mushrooms, onions and spinach, I served this with baby roast potatoes cooked with paprika, herbs and garlic in the air fryer, and some slices of aubergine fried in fry light and coated with parmesan it was rather delicious if I may say so.

For Supper I haven’t yet decided what im going to have but I still have a bit of time to think about what I would like, I may treat myself to a cappuccino as I don’t think I have enough high lights left to make a decent size cuppa. (I’ve decided on ham and cucumber sandwiches and a cappuccino).

Intermittent Fasting:

I have now completed 6 weeks of fasting without a single cheat…. I was a bit disappointed that I hadn’t read the graphs properly on the app that im using, I was so excited to end the week as I do each monday before re programming it for me, I hadn’t noticed that you don’t need to end the week from week 5 as you get your next badge at 10 weeks and then every 5, but im 60% completed till my next badge, so I don’t have any pics to show you know but im sure that time will come around quickly.

Im sat here trying to think of what to write, but until some normality in our lives is restored, and lockdown is eased, there is only my exercise and food to write about, so please bear with me however long that will be, until I can bring something more interesting to your screens, but thank you for staying with me and to my new followers it will get better….

I shall say goodnight to you now even though it is still early almost 8pm, im going to have a scrub down and get my new nighty off the warm radiator, and decide what to have for supper tonight.
