Good evening everyone wherever you are in this big wide world, how are you all.
I’m a bit late tonight, I went back to sleep this afternoon and awoke at almost 7pm, I did have a rotten night last night but just hope I can sleep later, I’m pleased that I had prepped my evening meal or it would just have been sandwiches, so all I had to do was cook it, and as it was all ready in the frying pans it only took a few minutes.
For Dinner/Tea I had smoked haddock, mushrooms, carrots and broccoli stir fried with honey, soy sauce and hoisin sauce, and sprinkled coconut and a side salad.
For desert I threw some frozen pineapple and frozen rhubarb into a saucepan, heated it up and stored in some honey for a bit of sweetness, then poured the mix over some 0% fat free yogurt and sprinkled with coconut.
Wow im absolutely shattered, fingers crossed I sleep all night, and my poor thighs from this mornings workout, Im guessing im doing the squats correctly as its the 1st time iv felt a real tightness and ache in the top of them, I will get them toned up….
We still have a bit of turkey breast left! so that is out of the freezer ready for my sunday roast dinner, umm I could just eat one of those right now.
